Essential Question: How do I intentionally include students as active participants in my feedback practices?
Purposeful feedback is at the heart of learning. Students can serve as powerful partners rather than bystanders, in the development of their work. This learning set uses the internationally recognized Habits of Mind framework to develop specific dispositions raising the quality and frequency of teacher-student interactions. Whether in spoken or written communications, teachers will be provided specific strategies that help students improve their work and relationships. The goal is to develop feedback practices using Habits of Mind that are clear, actionable, and compelling motivators for students.
